I had the good fortune to provide financing for a buyer of one of The Anderson Team's listings, and I'm compelled to say that it was quite refreshing to have listing agents who are very professional, knowledgeable, and able to keep guiding their client toward the finish line and do what's right for all parties. There were some unexpected water leak issues that came up at the last minute and they worked with the buyer's agent to get the repairs done and paid for in a couple of days to keep our closing timeline on track for all parties.
